In the spirit of the season I would like to see your favorite Christmas tree ornament. Not to be confused with the WHOLE tree. I want you to zoom in and show me one or a few(you know I can't choose just one!) of your favorite ornaments. If you don't decorate a tree, show me your menorah or dreidel, Kinara, or Yule Log. I want to see your favorite decoration for this holiday season.
I have had several favorite ornaments through the years that are either misplaced or broken, but this
is an angel that I made myself. She is patterned after an old window shade pull. She has travelled well through the years and is aging gracefully.

do you have many like that, or a potpourri of styles?
Your angel is lovely and graceful.
Wonderful ! I love angels as Christmas decorations !
Oh, how beautiful!
Very pretty indeed. I think the handmade ones are the very bestest.

I am so jealous of all the handmade ornaments! You are very crafty and creative!

(glad blogger comments were fixed in time for fun monday!)
SOOOOOO unnecessary for you to point out that the JIBJAB video I made for CJ was sponsored by the evil Pepsi Co!! I was SOOOOOO hoping no one noticed that!!

Ok, so I am trying to start my first blog this morning and I can't figure out how to make a new paragraph! LOL HELP A SISTA OUT! Please? Is there some HTML class for Dummies? :(
meg - just double space it (hit enter twice after the last sentence in the first paragraph) and it should work...
Thanks, Sandy~ For some reason that isn't working for me but I found a little code that worked. I think I got my first blog up and running! It's going to drive me nuts, though, that the word "suppose" in the first paragraph situated itself like it did. :/
She is really beautiful. You must be talented.
What a beautiful angel! I wish I was that creative.
Simply lovely~ how clever to have made it yourself.
That is a lovely angel! My mom crocheted some angels years ago but I have none. :(
Btw, beautiful ornament! The handmade ones are the best.
I love homemade ornaments - especially when they look so nice!
Dreaming What Ifs...
Handmade ones are my favorites too. Your angel is lovely!
Lovely angel, wish I could make things like that!
Love your angel. I'm in awe of people who can make things like that. I'm all thumbs.
Ok, can you send me your email so I can ask you questions? I don't want to clutter up your blog with my silly questions...but I'm lost! I'm sure there's some order of things I'm supposed to follow (such as this Fun Monday thing...list???) but I don't know what to do!! Thanks.
I love the angel, so pretty! :)
She's so purty! A shade pull? You had a fancy one didn't you?

Nice angel. It is special because you made it youself.
Very nice, and very cleaver.
WOW You're good to make that. It looks so pretty.
Gosh, I wish I could make something like that. Beautiful!
I love tasselly things. I also love that White House ornament. Lucky you.
Thanks for the warm welcome...your angel is beautiful!
That is beautiful! Im still learning crochet and can't wait to make something like this.
A Lovely angel.
Very nice! Almost makes me wish I knew how to crochet.
I really love the White House ornament in the post above, too.
That is beautiful - I know how to crochet, but only big loopy things like afghans, which only make it to snake-size.
Oh, Sandy, I never finished reading my fun Mondays (I'm sorry I'm here late :/).
I'm tagging you and decided to catch up a bit and didn't realized I had missed yours. My post will be up shortly, but I thought I'd give you a head's up :).
