A Very Spatial Meme

Ok, here goes: I was tagged with this last week by the incomparable Swampy, who evidently has more faith in my abilities than I do. This one actually took a little thought. It was also very satisfying to finish.

Here's how the Intelligent MeMe works:
1) Link to the person who tagged you and notify him/her that your MeMe post is up and running.
2) Once you create your Multiple Intelligent MeMe, tag any number of people who won't reach through your computer screen and choke you because you tagged them.
4) Alert them to the fact they have been tagged by any means possible. Smoke signals are an acceptable way to do this. Just make sure you have a fire extinguisher on hand.
5) Threaten them with marshmallow stonings and wet noodle beatings if they don't post the Intelligent MeMe within one week.
5) Post the rules and then do what you darn well please. Works for me.

RULES: (Made to be broken... or at least bent.)

A. List the 8 Multiple Intelligences:
1. Visual-Spatial
2. Verbal-Linguistic
3. Musical-Rhythmical
4. Bodily-Kinesthetic
5. Interpersonal
6. Intrapersonal
7. Naturalistic
8. Logical-Mathematical

B. Here's where your creativity will shine through:
Post "something" that corresponds with each of the above. "Something" can be a quote, a picture, a drawing, a story, a song, a book, an anecdote... whatever corresponds with each intelligence.

Example: I will use songs: (clink the following links for ideas)

1.
Visual-Spatial: "If" by Bread. "If a picture paints a thousand words..."
2.
Verbal-Linguistic: "Have I Told You Lately" by Rod Stewart. "Have I told you lately that I love you?"
3.
Musical-Rhythmical: "Different Drum" by the Stone Poneys. "You and I travel to the beat of a different drum or can't you tell by the way I run..."
4.
Bodily-Kinesthetic: "Take My Breath Away" by Berlin. "Watching in slow motion..."
5.
Interpersonal: "Sunshine" by Jonathan Edwards. “You can't even run your own life. I'll be damned if you'll run mine."
6.
Intrapersonal: "It's My Party" by Leslie Gore. "It's my party and I'll cry if I want to..."
7.
Naturalist: "Sunshine" by John Denver. "Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy..."
8.
Logical-Mathematical: "Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw. "And he said some day I hope you get the chance to live like you were dyin' "

Bonus:
9.
Male Intellect: "Honkey Tonk Badonkadonk" by Trace Adkins. "We hate to see her go but love to watch her leave."
10.
Female Intellect: "Seven Year Ache" by Roseanne Cash. "Don't you know heartaches are heroes when their pockets are full?"
11.
Child Intellect: "Watching You" by Rodney Atkins. "We like fixin’ things and holding momma’s hand. Yeah, we’re just alike, hey, ain’t we dad."
12.
Create Your Own Intelligence: I chose here to create Witch Intelligence: "Marie Laveaux" by Bobby Bare. "So if you ever get down where the black tree grow and meet a voodoo lady named Marie Laveaux, and if she ever asks you to make her your wife, Man, you better stay with her for the rest of your life."

I am going to tag:

The
Anglophile Football Fanatic
My very own Crown Princess at
Ooh, a shiny pen
and any one else who wants to play.

Whoa. I'll see if I have the brain power to try this one. You have lots of faith in me, S!

Wow, I'm impressed. Excellent job. I will be sure to tell NLM to come visit. He's moaning about not being able to "understand" Swampy's assignment. Isn't is amazing how men always use that excuse when they just plain don't want to do something! I'll tell him the "women" are getting it. That'll get him revved up.

Witch Intelligence? You are toooooo funny.
Well, I must say, this is a hum-dinger of an MiMeMe!
Now, all those songs are jumbled up in my head, playing. Thank You!
Wasn't that fun?
Amazing how everything we do or say fits into one of those categories.
And THANK YOU for being such a good sport.

Great job!

I had thought about only using 80's hair band songs to fit into each category. But then I got tired and couldn't make my brain work!

I loved this!

100 lines?!?! Of what??? That's absurd.

PS: I *loooove* the chicken poop. I had intended on giving it to Laken because her lips are always chapped but it feels so good that I decided we'd share, with the tube to live in my purse. :) Gavin is VERY freaked out about the whole thing. He cries when we even get near him with it in fear of us rubbing greasy chicken poop on his mouth. :/

And by that I meant THANKS! I just am so wordy that I never got around to saying it. ;)

I love that song, "Watching you" by Rodney Atkins.

I came back to "enjoy" you MiMeMe again...just now realized that it says, "A Very Spatial MeMe" instead of Special...You are just too clever. Have I said that before? You are TOO clever.

That was a great idea, using the songs. I especially like the Male intellect. Well done.
